At Health Choice Urgent Care we offer a variety of services to meet many of our community’s needs.  Open seven days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm with walk-in service and offering (LINK) Save My Spot online check-in we make care more convenient.  In addition to helping with things like ear infections and common colds, here are a few of the needs our center can assist with:

Dislocations & Fractures

Dislocations occur when a joint injury forces a bone out of position. Fractures are mostly caused by high-force impact or stress. Our centers can give you an initial evaluation and often provide all the care you’ll need. For more severe or complicated injuries we can provide temporarily relief and help direct you to the appropriate specialists.

X-Rays

Our centers are all equipped with x-ray capabilities and associates trained in making the experience a pleasant as possible.

Labs & Testing

The most common in-house labs that we test patients for are flu tests, COVID-19 antigen tests, pregnancy tests, strep tests, and glucose tests. But, there’s more! We also offer a variety of send out lab testing such as STI screenings and PCR COVID-19 testing.

Lacerations & Abrasions

With the ability to provide stitches, staples, and other skin closures we can get you fixed up quickly and ensure that you are on the path to complete healing.

Bites & Stings

Most reactions to bites and stings are relatively minor, and our providers can help the symptoms feel better. However, some reactions can be more severe than others, requiring immediate medical attention and treatment.  If you start having trouble breathing, or feel a tingling sensation on the tongue, call 911 immediately or head directly to an emergency room.

Sports, Camp and School Physicals

Our team can perform many of the services that primary care offices provide. You can walk into any of our centers and our team can provide many routine and preventative health services such as physicals.

Vaccinations & Immunizations

Our centers carry a variety of common immunizations. Please contact your closest location by phone or email [email protected] to verify what vaccinations we have in stock.

Our urgent care centers are open every day of the week 8:00 am to 8:00 pm- No appointment necessary! From 8am to 7pm we offer Rapid Antigen and send-out PCR COVID-19 testing, as well as COVID-19 antibody testing.
