In a continuous effort to keep our patients and communities healthy, we are excited to announce that Health Choice Urgent Care now provides remote Telemedicine Visits.

To Access our Telemedicine services, please take the following steps:

   2. SELECT Telemedicine as your appointment type, CHOOSE the next check-in time, and COMPLETE the demographic fields
   3. At your scheduled visit time you will be contacted via mobile phone to complete registration
   4. You will then receive a text message with a link to join the Telemedicine session from your mobile device
